CoreFunctions Pro contains all of the functions you need to keep track of your sales, inventory, and customers, vendors. While generating on screen reports and allowing you to instantly recall past sales receipts.
While CoreFunctions runs within an internet browser, it does not need the internet to function and actually runs independent of it. You can use this to your advantage when you need to send receipts or invoices to customers, leads, or vendors.
The built-in notepad function allows you to keep track of important business tasks.
Closer Look at CoreFunctions Pro
Inventory Management system is easy to use, right out of the box. User simply enters the product details and select whether the item(s) are taxable or not.
Items low in stock or out of stock show in red font. You can easily edit or delete any product, per line.
Point of Sale (POS) system is self explanatory. You simply scan the product barcode or type in the products name.
The item is then seamlessly displayed on screen. Scan an item multiple times, and the Qty is increased. If you scanned a wrong item, simply click on the trash can icon to delete it.
Our Receipt Notepad allows you to enter special information about a sale or create an invoice by copying and pasting details about a potential sale.
Within the summary, the Subtotal and Sales Tax is seamlessly tabulated and displayed as the Total.
When you are finished ringing up an order, simply click on the Complete Sale button to generate a printable sales receipt and record the sale.
CRM - Customer Relationship Manager. Our CRM allows you to create customer, vendor and lead records. You can enter the name, contact information, and a short note, all which is displayed on screen along with the date the record was created.
On-screen Reports - Anytime you need to know how much sales you have made, you can simply click on the reports button. Here you are shown the (Net) Sales, Total Tax Collected and The total number of orders you have.
Recent Transactions can be viewed by clicking on them.
Notepad - Our integrated notepad is an unusual feature for a POS, but sometimes you need to make a record of things that need to be ordered or inventoried. Here, your notes are safely stored within the program itself.
